		History: 29 y/o female with over projecting right ear. After surgery, there is normal symmetry and balance.
		History: 31 y/o female with cup-ear deformity. After surgery, there is an improvement in ear folds and lack of projection.
		History: 16 y/o female with cup-ear deformity. After surgery, ears set back and recontoured, note improvement.
		History: 45 y/o female with bilateral cup-ear deformity with lack of normal ear folds. After surgery, note improved appearance and facial balance.
		History: 7 y/o male with bilateral lop ear deformity. Notice "cupping" and poor elevation of upper ear. After surgery, notice correction of both "cupping" and elevation.
