		History: 22 y/o female unhappy with the large nasal hump. After surgery, there is a marked improvement in the appearance of her nose and facial balance.
		History: 18 y/o female concerned with the appearance of the large nasal tip. After surgery, notice refinement of the tip with improved overall balance and less tip projection.
		History: 39 y/o female unhappy with her appearance of her nose in profile. Notice modest nasal hump and drooping tip. After surgery, note smooth nasal profile and slight tip elevation.
		History: 19 y/o female unhappy with the appearance of her nose because of the nasal hump and projection. After surgery, notice changes in the nasal tip in full view. In profile, notice significant change in nasal contour and tip projection.
		History: 42 y/o female referred to me after eleven previous nasal surgeries. In full view and base projection, notice severe constriction of the lower half of the nose. After surgery, note marked improvement in both full and base view. Note lack of constricted appearance.
		History: 26 y/o female unhappy with drooping width and thickness of the nasal tip. After surgery, note improved definition and elevation of nasal tip.
		History: 41 y/o female unhappy with the size and shape of her nose. Notice poor definition of nasal tip, nasal hump and over projecting nose. After surgery, nasal refinement produced improved appearance in the tip, profile contour and projection.
